With Other Users

• OpenAI – AI-powered matching and optional message suggestions

• Expo – app infrastructure and notifications

• Stripe – payment processing

DATA STORAGE AND INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

EU Data Hosting

Personal data for users in the European Union is primarily hosted in the EU (Germany) via Supabase. In limited cases, data may be processed outside the EU where necessary to operate the service, using appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

ACCOUNT & DATA DELETION (CITYPROS)

CityPros allows users to export their data and delete their account directly within the mobile app.

How to Delete Your CityPros Account

1. Open the CityPros app

2. Go to Profile

3. Tap Delete Account

4. Confirm deletion

Once confirmed, your CityPros account and associated personal data are permanently deleted from active systems.

Data Export

Users may export their personal data from Profile → Export My Data within the app.

Alternative Deletion Request

If you are unable to access the app, you may request account deletion by emailing hello at citypros dot app from the email address associated with your CityPros account.

What Happens After Deletion

• Your profile and personal data are removed from active systems

• Your visibility to other users is removed

• Some anonymized data may be retained for analytics

• Certain records may be retained where required by law or for safety and abuse prevention

These features are designed to assist users and do not produce legal or professional advice. You may choose not to use AI-assisted features, though this may limit certain functionality.

CHILDREN

CityPros is intended for adults only. Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account. We do not knowingly permit minors to use the service or collect personal data from individuals under 18.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email. Continued use of CityPros after changes means acceptance of the updated policy.
